Photo Documentation

We understand the need for Photo Documentation for your security and insurance claims

Our trained professionals provide a complete record of your site with photograohs available for all insurance claims. Additionally we are able to record the interior and exterior condition of your site to verify the condition before and after all security measures are taken. These digitally preserved photo documents are maintained on our secure servers for immediate retrieval, for any and all insurance needs or police reports, or for verification and back up of written descriptions.

Lock Changes

As needed OnSite Solutions will access the property (without damage) and install new locking systems, door lock cylinders, lock boxes or key pads.

Board-Ups

Broken windows or doors will be boarded for security by knowledgeable OnSite Solutions carpenters.

Status Checks

Onsite Solutions will monitor your pre-foreclosed or vacant properties weekly. We will do damage checks, check for move outs, and keep your property secured.

Winterizations

During winter months, OnSite Solutions will take steps to preserve your structure's plumbing system, including draining pipes, faucets, traps, and water heaters. Once the systems are drained, OnSite Solutions will blow the lines dry, adding antifreeze to protect against freezing.

Hazard/Debris Removal

Trained OnSite Solutions staff will remove all interior and exterior debris along with any hazardous materials from the property.

Landscaping/Snow Removal

When homes are in need of recurring landscaping or snow removal OnSite Solutions is prepared to provide these services throughout the year.

Personal Property Removal

When personal property is left on site, OnSite Solutions staff members will photograph any personal property and store it safely on the premises. No personal property will be removed without consent from the client.

Eviction

Evictions are never easy. OnSite Solutions has trained professionals prepared to deal with any situation arising during an eviction. We will be there when the paperwork is handed over and stay through the changing of locks. OnSite Solutions can and will handle all necessary cleanup, boarding up and winterizing.

Everything up to and including changing of the locks is handled by  professionals who understand the urgency of securing the premises and making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Cleaning

Once the property is free of debris and hazards, it’s time to make the home livable again.  Our sales clean team has a 2 page punch list for each property.  At each property they vacuum all the carpet, mop all tile and linoleum flooring, clean inside/outside of all windows, wipe down all walls and doors, and clean all wood surfaces.  Each team is required to deep clean all toilets, tubs, sinks, microwaves, dishwashers, and stoves.  Our goal is to limit the amount of cleaning needed for a new homeowner to move in.  We understand that moving into a new home is a daunting process, so we are happy to ease the transition.  Furthermore, if a property sits on the market for an extended amount of time, Onsite Solutions is available for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly periodic sales cleans to maintain a cleanliness standard at all times.
