The service is efficient, prompt, and friendly; however, you pay a premium for the convenience of having emergency service. The major critique that I have for this business is charging full price but then spray painting via stencil their business advertising for board ups. Customers should have the option of, maybe, having their services DISCOUNTED if they are going to be used as free advertising and marketing for the company. The service tech told me that his pay would be docked 13-15% if I didn’t allow him to stencil the company name, logo, and telephone number on the plywood board. By the time I saw what he was doing, he was halfway through with it. I advised that I would still pay for the service without calling the office and complaining but that I would leave a review about this exploitative policy. Customers should be given the option of 10-15 % off of the total price of the service if they are going to be used as advertising and marketing vehicles.

We had a great experience working with Onsite. All of the pros were courteous and professional. They installed a brand new basement bathroom and renovated our main floor bathroom, pantry, and laundry room. We are very satisfied with the work, especially the quality work of Gerard, Jeff, and Buzz. Dave is an excellent project manager and was easily accessible for questions, planning, and last minute changes. He understood exactly what I was looking for in the design and made it happen. They completed the work quickly and cleaned the area prior to leaving daily. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. We would absolutely use Onsite/VersaPro again for future home renovation projects.

I was working full time when my basement flooded. Onsite (now known as Versapro) was extremely friendly and professional. They gave progress updates and suggestions while I was at work, yet were respectful of my working hours. They would even give my dog and two cats a little attention while they were working. They always left my house clean at the end of each day. They worked quickly and even showed up on weekends. Steve my project manager was always easy to get ahold of whenever I had a question and he even contacted me after the job was completed to remind to make sure I had clear access to my water shutoff valve. I would highly recommend Versapro for all your home repairs.

We had a devastating barn fire that totally destroyed the barn and all of the many valuable contents. It was an emotional loss that was hard for us to know where to start to start over.We contacted On-site Solutions to remove the debris. Kevin stopped over to review the site to access the scope of the cleanup. He was so helpful and detailed how to proceed. We knew without a doubt after our discussions to go ahead with On-site SolutionsHis team arrived the next day and started the project by sorting metals and the debris. Within two days the site was totally cleared. John and Justin did a first rate jobWe had Kevin restore power, gas and water to maintain the chicken coop and our horse. This was a difficult job making all of the connections but Kevin and his team went above the expectations.
